Our approach is based on understanding how survey information will be used. Every project is carefully scoped so the required accuracy, level of detail, drawing content and file formats are appropriate for the brief. Whether the survey is supporting planning, design, refurbishment, construction or asset management, our aim is to provide clear, coordinated information that can be used with confidence.
We combine experienced surveyors with advanced technology, including terrestrial laser scanning, total stations, GNSS, SLAM scanning, drone survey and point cloud processing. Our in-house CAD and BIM teams convert the captured data into practical deliverables, including floor plans, elevations, sections, topographical drawings, point clouds and Revit models.

Jamie Christie - Surveyor
Jamie holds an MSc in GIS and has extensive experience in land surveying and laser scanning. He specialises in geospatial data capture, using advanced surveying techniques to produce accurate topographical and 3D mapping solutions. With a strong technical background, he has worked on a range of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables for clients across various industries.
Adam Glibbery - Surveyor
Adam holds an MFA in Photography from the Royal College of Art. He has extensive experience in measured building surveys and 3D laser scanning. His strong technical expertise and careful approach ensure that survey data is captured accurately and delivered reliably. With excellent attention to detail, he produces high-quality laser scanning data and digital survey information for a wide range of projects.

She specialises in topographical surveys, laser scanning, and measured building surveys, delivering high-quality and accurate results. With extensive industry knowledge and technical expertise, Anna plays a key role in ensuring efficient project execution across various sectors.
Greg Santos - BIM Manager
Greg Santos is an experienced BIM Manager with 15 years in the industry, specialising in Building Information Modelling and digital workflows. With a strong background in 3D modelling, coordination, and data management, he ensures efficient project delivery across sectors. Greg’s expertise in BIM standards and technology helps streamline design, collaboration, and execution, while his passion for innovation drives the adoption of advanced solutions.
Lei Wan MRICS - Managing Director
Lei is a highly experienced surveyor with over 20 years in the industry. His portfolio includes major projects at Heathrow Airport Terminals 2 and 5, Crossrail and the London 2012 Olympic Stadium, alongside large-scale infrastructure, public-sector and commercial developments.
He specialises in technically demanding surveys requiring a high level of accuracy, careful coordination and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Elected a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2017, Lei was also part of CAMB at the Metropolitan Police, a globally recognised crime scene reconstruction team, where he played a key role in high-profile projects across the UK and overseas.
