Lei (Leo) Wan MRICS MSc
Director
Lei has a vast amount of knowledge and experience in measured surveys and 3D laser scanning from his 15 years’ working and academic experience in the UK.
Lei graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Master of Science degree in Geodetic Surveying. He worked for a number of well-established surveying practices in the UK, including the world-renowned crime scene reconstruction team – CAMB of the Metropolitan Police Service.
Lei was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2017.
Matthew Gathercole
CAD Manager
Matthew has been working in the surveying industry for over 25 years.
Matthew has accumulated a wide-ranging knowledge of methods and practices on a variety of Autodesk products, including AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks and ReCap. Measured Building Surveys, Topographical Surveys, Rights of Light and 3D Modelling are among his diverse disciplines.
Matthew is responsible for the company’s implementation of best surveying practice, quality assurance of survey deliverables and progression of company procedures to ensure we maintain a quality driven approach.
Gregory Santos
BIM Manager
Greg has been working in the surveying industry for over 10 years.
Greg is enthusiastic about surveying and he believes that a professionally delivered survey project makes a significant difference to the entire building project’s life cycle. This is the reason that he always go for the extra mile to ensure our survey products are delivered in the highest standards.
Greg has been involved in many surveying projects ranging from small residential surveys to large infrastructural complex projects. He has a track record of delivering high-standard survey products including CAD drawings and BIM models.
