Case study 2

Highly detailed measured building survey and Virtual Tour dataset

High level of detail: Our team was instructed to carry out a measured survey for an apartment located in one of Bloomsbury’s finest late Victorian portered mansion blocks. The client is an award-winning luxury interior designer specialised in high end interior design for bespoke properties. As a result of the client’s design requirement, high level and accurate of details were required, with some even under the specs of 1:20 measured building surveys.

No job is too big: Our team showed an exceptional diligence and attention to detail whilst working on this project. We produced 48 highly detailed internal elevations and two sections across the apartment, showing all light switches, sockets, pipes, architraves, cornices, skirtings, furniture and even services covered by rendering. We didn’t only carry out the task by a surveyor’s perspective but also anticipating what an architect would demand from the drawings.

Virtual tour: We offered our client the opportunity to trial the virtual tour dataset which enables users to revisit the site on their computer screens. Leica Geosystems TruView is the industry leader for easily and intuitively sharing point cloud data, design models, mark-ups, and more.
